My name is Sophia. I am going into my senior year of high school! I was born and raised in New York City with a dad who was a chef. This has given me so many opportunities with new and great foods that other people my age might never have. I try to only use local and organic ingredients and when I can cut some calories.
My passion is to bake but I also love to cook. Next year I am hoping to ship myself off to culinary school to peruse my passion. In the end my goal is to own a bakery with lunch specials, the best of both worlds.
I try to post at least once a week with some goodies I have been working on. I post food I like to eat, be that a restaurant meal of one I made from scratch. This is not a blog with strict rules, I am in high school I don't follow rules.
