Brownie Cheesecake Cupcakes

Oh boy did I make something delicious this week!

My dad gave me this idea because my mom gave him this idea, it's a family classic.
(He asked for credit)

First melting chocolate and butter together over a double boiler.

Then adding the sugar.

Lastly adding eggs, vanilla extract and flour.

There is the brownie batter!

For the cheese cake...

Whip the cream cheese

 Add the egg and vanilla

Whip on high until smooth.

Then the scoop

Little scoop of brownie batter

Little scoop of cream cheese batter

Top of off with brownie batter

Brownie
4 squares of Baker's semisweet bakers chocolate
3/4 cup butter (1 1/2 sticks of butter)
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup flour

This is the famous one bowl Baker's chocolate recipe, that can also be found inside the box.
Cheesecake
1 package of Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 cup of sugar
1 egg

Cook these in a 350 oven for 30 minutes, or when a tooth pick comes out with crumbs

Look at these beauties!

These are considered cupcakes because they, in my opinion, are way too sweet to be muffins. These little cupcakes do not need any frosting, I promise, they are plenty sweet.

By taking these out of the oven when there are still crumbs on the toothpick instead of when the toothpick comes out clean makes the inside a little gooey, these amazing cupcakes melt in your mouth.

I really hope you enjoy these, I knew they would be good I mean what can go wrong with a brownie and a cheesecake? Nothing. These cupcakes surprised me how good they were, these are great for pretty much anything, except if you are on a diet, stay away.

I really want a good carrot cake recipe, help?
