I learned about these little bundles of joy from Shelley Albeluhn on food.com.
First creaming together the butter and sugar.
Add the bananas and eggs.
Mix dry ingredients.
Then mix together! and there is your batter, easy right?
I like to sprinkle the top with 1/4 a teaspoon of sugar, it gives it a beautiful crust.
YUMMY!
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
-1 teaspoon baking soda
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
-3/4 cup brown sugar
-2 eggs
-2-3 overripe bananas
Cook for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
These have the moistest most delicious banana flavor you can get out of a baked good. I brought them to school so I did not want to put nuts in them but some chopped up walnuts would give them such an amazing texture.
Do any of you lovely readers have any advice about how I should start to train for a race? My big problem is I want to start to train but it is going to be so hot this summer! any tips?
