Pork Lover

Because of the mini mad cow scare in California my dad and I have become pig fanatics.

We picked up some big juicy pork chops from this amazing butcher downtown. All of the meat is so fresh and have their perfect pinkness.


I asked the guy in the back if i could take a picture, this was his pose. 
What a real butcher. 


Look at these beauties!
After putting a good amount of salt and pepper with a little bit of flour, simply put them into a hot pan with oil and leave for about 3-4 minutes on each side to get a good crust on the outside and then into a hot oven for 5 minutes. 

My dad and I made out favorites, asparagus and mashed potatoes. 


YUM.
