My falafel hunt continues..

When I was younger I tasted a chickpea and hated it. The texture so was so terrible I had to spit it out. This convinced me I did not like chickpea products such as hummus and falafel etc..

Recently with a vegan house guest I tried hummus and fell in love, this made me reconsider my hatred towards falafel. I tried it and now I am hooked. And so my hunt begins for the best falafel.

A little hole in the wall called Taim Falafel and Smoothie Bar has completely topped any other falafel I have ever had.

I got a pomegranate iced tea, which was out of this world.

And this beautiful hunk of deliciousness. A whole wheat pita with 5 falafel balls, cucumber and tomato salad, cabbage and tahini slaw, hummus, and extra tahini sauce.

Oh my goodness it was delicious.

Look at how bright green the falafel is..

yummy cabbage salad..

It was amazing, I highly recommend Taim's, I got my sandwich green, this means they put parsley and mint in the falafel. I need to stop talking about it my mouth is watering.
