Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies

I am officially 2 days away from being done with 11th grade! This has been such a long year and I am so happy it is over! I told my boyfriend that this summer would be full of baking, so here it goes!

Tyler's Big Fat Chocolate Chip Cookies

First creaming the butter, sugar and brown sugar together,

Add la huevos

Mix the dry ingredients, I used whole wheat flower but if you want to go all out use white flour

My day

Today I was a vegan, this was very hard for me and I don't plan on ever doing it again. I like cheese, a lot.

Here is me with my sister, her friend and my mom all looking adorable,

And here are the happy vegans,

Here is what we got,

Beet, lime, pineapple and cucumber juice.
The flavor was AMAZING, so fresh it just needed some ice.

Tempeh with pickled vegetable

 Chick pea fries.
These really taste like french fries, they have a smoother texture. These melt on your tongue, so good.

Sprout salad with cucumber, carrots and soy miso spread.

A Fluffy Quinoa salad.

Japanese pumpkin with caramelized onions and vegan cheese.
The flavor of the pumpkin is amazing, no meat was missed taking a bite of this.

 Vegetable tempura
This looks like a big plate of just fried, but it is so much more! With a variety of vegetables and a ginger sauce, yum yum yum so much more then just regular ol' fried food.

Some amazing looking vegan pastries.

Adorable vegan muffins, (I want to learn how to make these!)

After we left my mom and I walked through a Greek festival and I saw this, a whole lamb!
After my vegan meal meat looked so amazing.

There was also a lot of greek flags and music.

I came home to dog-sit this adorable dog, who is about to turn 13.

And then I made cookies!
