Start with some beautiful tomatoes, you eat with your eyes first, try different colors:
Cut into cubes to your liking:
Then put into a bowl with good olive oil, and some salt and pepper and let marinate...
On to the sauce!

Then into a hot pan with olive oil, ground turkey meat, onions and garlic:
Then taking the easy way out adding a simply jar of tomato sauce from the farmers market:
Adding water ever so often to loosen it up a little.
Toasting the bread in a pan with olive oil:
Then put marinated tomatos with basil on top of the toasted bread:
Whip up some pasta and you are ready to go!
