Paradise day 3:

July 10th
Hawaii: 5:45am
New York: 11:47

As I lay in bed I hear a cow mooing outside of my window. Dash my cousin is weening the poor cow off of its mamas milk. Speaking of milk I milked a freaking cow! It is quite a strange experience but so fun. I bet if I had to start doing it everyday it wouldn’t be so fun but let me tell you the first time milk comes out of one of those utters because of you your life is accomplished. Maybe that is over exaggerating but I am in Hawaii I can over exaggerate!

Here are some random pictures from yesterday that are worth acknowledging.

The gecko won..

Fun with the cow.

Coconut bar,
"Is it easy to get a machete here?"
"Ohh yeah"

Dinner!
We had a huge bag of abalone, so what did we do? We made a huge meal full oh em.
This involved about an hour of cleaning..

Hands covered in guts, yum.

Some chopping.

And some breading went down.

Then a little shallow fry.

Yummy fried abalone.

Then some pasta with a cream sauce made with the cream from the farm.

-1 Onion
-3 Cloves of garlic
-Olive oil
-Salt
-Pepper
-Cream
-Abalone
Cook until abalone are tender

Water mellon agua!

When I say use a third of a water mellon I actually mean use a whole water mellon, this is because our water mellon is as big as a small child.

So baby Jyoti helped me pick out the seeds, then we put the meat of the mellon into the vitamix and wiped it up for a minute on high.

There is no need to strain this because all of the fibors break down. If you like a piece of water mellon on a hot summers day then this is a perfect drink. It has all the flavor of water melon but a totally new texture.

After taking a very short hike down to the lower kitchen I helped make lunch.

Their sick kitchen.

Rice, beans and hot sauce is all it takes to make me happy.
Add a salad on the side and I am ecstatic.

This is me right after a shower, mud everywhere!

Here kitty kitty kitty.

Off to milk some cows? whhatt??

Drink milk straight from the utter? why not!

Strain then store.

Lastly, Mr. Wilderness coming back from weeding the ginger garden with some papaya.

Having the time of my life. Stick with me, I think I am going into to town tomorrow or to the beach... or even both. Get pumped.
